We will do a Suffer On Sunday as I will be in Columbus for the Columbus Scottish Festival.

    Actually Joe, I think I was about 3 or 4th fastest in the gym. I will say that my wallballs were to Westside specs (which is about 15ft in the air, I literally have to jump to get the Wallball to the T on Westside).

    Well I may have to give it a go. My problem is I hate burpees and, well you’ve seen how bad my pull-ups have gotten.

    I may have to wait a little while though. Right now the garage is full of yard stuff. Once all these damn hurricanes have passed I’ll get some.
