I finished this in 13:35 with a sub of Push Press for the KB Swing.

    well, Friday – oh wait there wasn’t a morning class =) Saturday was working so that
    gives me Monday – 21:36, I think to RX. The ring pull ups were tough for me.

    Rodrigo, they don’t allow motorcycles in triathalons. Peddle power only.

    All I have to say is that Rodrigo will have a hard time swimming, riding a motorcycle, etc. with casts on both hands, which is what he will have if ever touches the board again, as I will break all of his fingers.
