    Jeff gave me a homework assignment earlier this week to try to identify the bee nest hanging from the back door. There are only two possible choices – hornet or yellow jacket. I believe IndyCross has a hornet’s nest attached to the back door. Feel free to google hornets and yellow jackets to form your own opinion. That’s my two cents for today.

    Monday – I was by myself and the WOD I did was a little different. I ran a 600m after the 21, 400m after the 15 and 200m after the 9 with 85lbs on sdhp. Overall my time was 23:26 not bad considering I tried doing all of the pullups with out assistance. I did however tear my hand to the point of bleeding…….OUCH!

    SO……Jeff, my plan since my work schedule changed was to be there in the AM on Friday since I work all day… I guess I won’t see you till Monday now since I work on Saturday too.

    Mon PM 8:16 with 85# and then rowed 2000m

    Wed PM 25:46 with 25# dumbells

    Whatever those bastards on the back door are, they hurt… stung Wed while running….maybe that was a hint that I need to run faster to outrun the bee!! 🙂
