I finished this in 30:41. A great turnout for SOS and a beautiful day to be on the track.
Sunday
Indy CrossFit made an appearance at the Indiana State Fair with the folks from IN Shape Indiana. We had a great time doing CrossFit demos for the crowd, and I want to give a big thank you to the crew from IN Shape Indiana for having us, and of course to Rodrigo, Simon, Scott, Jeff Wilson, Sarah Smith, Kim and Vince for being there to do the demos.

Elisabeth and I went home and enjoyed a batch of well earned gravy and biscuits cooked up by Master Chef Ben (at least with the G&B and chicken on the grill) after the SOS. Probably doesn’t fit into the Zone diet but tasted mighty fine.
