7 Deadlifts (alpha 255, Big Dog 225, Pack 185, Pup 155)
7 Ring Dips
7 Knees to Elbows
7 Hand Stand Push up
I did this in 15:44.

I liked this WOD – especially the hand stand pushups and knees to elbows. I know what I need to improve on w/ the knees to elbows. 17:52 @ 155lb dl and jump ring dips..
This was a good one! I finished in around 16:34 with 165# on DL……which I could definitely improve on although I felt a little better about the ring dips this time…
