Monday and Tuesday and Reminders


We did good ‘ol “Cindy”.

5 pullups

10 Pushups

15 Squats

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.  I finished 19 1/3 rounds with strict chest to ground pushups and full ROM squats and pullups.


Did 10 8 6 4 2 of Deadlift for load.  I finished at 2 at 405lbs.

Reminder: No SOSaturday, however, we will have an SOSunday.  Also, our intragym competition starts Monday with a Hopper WOD, Wednesday with a 5K, and Friday with a CFT.

    Monday: Didn’t make it in… (insert lame excuse here)
    Tuesday: Deadlift, finished at 2 at 365lbs. Felt good. New PR coming next week.
    Wednesday: SDHP/BoxJump/DU 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1: 12:22. Got lazy with the SDHP toward the end.

    I didn’t make tuesdays. I had to pick up my monster in South Bend. Won’t be here this Friday-Sunday.. I’ll be at Virginia Beach thinking of Sarah’s workout I will miss. 🙂
