We will not have a Suffer on Saturday this Saturday.  I will be in Chi-town, however, we will go off at 8am on Sunday.

    Fri PM 23:43 That was one of the toughest workouts I’ve done in awhile….kicked my butt!!….and thighs!!!

    I still nominate yours as the worst workout ever, but you are right. The workouts have been getting harder and better in my opinion. I think J and V and in somekind of unspoken competition which each other as to who gives the better workouts.

    Sunday – 15:36 – I went golfing after the workout and I can say my arms and shoulders were tight! Good work out.
