Nasty little workout. 10 rounds for time, rounds 1-5 we did 7 burpees, 10 push press (95lbs) and a 235 meter run, rounds 6-10 we did 5 burpees, 7 push press (95lbs) and a 235 meter run. I did this in 25:27.
Saturday
Really nasty workout.
