I finished this in 5:54 with 75lbs on the Thrusters.

Tuesday

Did Hang Cleans 5×5.  Finished at 205 for 5.

Wednesday

The great flood day.  Morning crew did 5 rds of 500 M Row, 12 Pullups, 15 Deadlifts (135lbs).  I finished in 19:42. 

Thursday

Kind of a Metcon/heavy lift day.  Did 10×6 Heavy Load Thrusters.  Finished at 155lbs for 6.

    Honestly, this sucked. My legs were shaking. Then, hell day on Friday. This was only mediated by getting to see Alaina and Joe! Yay! Good to see you! Seriously, Thursday was tough, but a great “full body” workout. Friday was….I don’t know how to describe it. I finished in 40:27 which is pretty fast for me. I just feel like I can’t breathe!!! Kudos to everyone who did this one. It was tough!

    monday was rough.
    I don’t remember tuesday
    wednesday sucked as i showed up and Xfit was closed, i was going to wait and see who showed up but decided to go home instead.
    thursday – good as always.. I haven’t done one heavy lift day without maxing out so i guess that’s the plan. it’s working so far.
    friday – this was rough. The burpees were the worst part. I was getting very hot. The runs actually felt pretty good as they cooled me off.
