We did something really nutty today (even though I did not, because I wanted to save my body from the abuse).

Sunday

400 M Run

21 Deadlifts

400 M Run

21 Hang Power Clean

400 M Run

21 Push Press

400 M Run

21 Squats

We used 115lbs. on all exercises.  I finished this in 10:52.

Monday

“Cinco De Mayothon”

5 Pullups

5 Box Jumps

5 Situps

AMRAP in 5 minutes

1 min rest

5 Burpess

5 Dumbbell Thrusters (40lbs in each hand)

5 Double Unders

1 min rest

5 Pushups

5 wallball

5 sumo deadlift high pull (115lb)

I did 18 rounds as prescribed.

Shout out to our Indy CrossFit throwers Jon McD, Dawn, Drew and Kim who tore it up at the Hoosier Tartan Classic.

Also, we had a couple of visitors last night.  Scott and Brian who were in town to protect and serve.

    Fri: I did Fran in 5:09, 1000m row in 4:20 and then hit the wall. Total time was 23:and change.

    I’m also sorry I missed Mon, I was suffering through a really boring class….I would have much rather been suffering through the cinco de mayo workout!! 🙂
