We either make ourselves miserable or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same.

Today at the Forge, we hooked-up with “Angie”…100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 squats, 100 situps…the pics below illustrate the progression of the pullup. Lots of hard work and perseverance go into developing this functional upper-body movement…Molly shows how it’s done…
from 0 to 56 pullups in 2 weeks!!!!
Whoah! Thanks Vince. Think I could have done some more if I hadn’t ripped my hand open. Wish I did them all.
I took Angie home today. 27:32 and I felt every rep.
Molly, looking good!! Keep it up. Look, Jeff sliced half his finger off and still threw weights the other day, so this ripping your hand open excuse won’t fly! 🙂 Dawn

Sorry I missed Angie. I’ll be there Wed. Needed to rest the broken down back of mine. I hated it because I had a nice streak going.
Ouch!!! I finished Angie as Rx’d in 28:36. I hope it is a long time before I see her again. Not a good one to come back to after a week off Crossfit. I ripped 4 times and my hands are a mess!
nice work jamie….we are proud of our forge member ‘at large’…
