Forge Philosophy 4-9-08

Today, we honored SFC Daniel Crabtree, US Special Forces, who was killed by a roadside bomb in 2006. His workout is called “Daniel” and it consists of the following: 50 pullups, 400m run, 21 thrusters (95), 800m run, 21 thrusters, 400m run, 50 pullups. I completed this in 22:13.

Monday, we worked on Nancy, which consists of 5 rds of 400m run + 15 OHS (95)….I completed this in 14:53.

    Liked the workout. My running was stronger. Love working out with ya, Vince. Still think that it is funny that I was telling myself, “Only 50 pull-ups and I am done.”
