Friday and Saturday


AM Crew did 3 rounds, 400 m row, 24 box jumps, 24 sumo deadlift high pull, 24 wallball for time.  Pretty nasty.  I did this in 18:53.

I won’t even begin to tell you what Friday PM and Saturday AM were.  However, I do want to shout out to Sarah and Simon who took over the class for me while I was out of town.  I appreciate both of you stepping up…and from my understanding it sounds as if the workouts were nice and brutal.  Good job you two.

    I stopped by for the Friday PM workout, and I’m proud to say I made it through all 4 rounds. I had to scale it down to about 2/3 of the RX’d reps, and even so, it’s taken me 3 days to get rid of the pain. You guys definitely work hard!

    Fri PM workout: 4 rds for time
    10 Burpees
    20 HSPU
    30 Wall Balls
    40 Lunges with weight

    Ended up being a pretty tough workout….thought 4 rds would be ok, probably should have done 3….

    I finished in 28:35 with some very sore glutes and legs!!

    Everyone who is able to come run Mon please do! It should be really fun, especially if we can get a good size crossfit group!!
