Nasty stuff…I did this in 13:09 (I have to give a shout out to P’Pool for his specimen like performance of 12:30.)

3 rounds for time…I did this in 25:59.  Another nasty workout…either that, or I am gaining so much weight for Highland Games Season that everything feels nasty right now.  Anyway…should have some pix up this evening.

    For 2/1 – I finished in 16:07 – I lowered to 15lbs in each hand to move faster and used the red band on my pullups.

    Friday 2/1 19 minutes & some seconds can’t remember how many. 20lbs and purple or blue band which ever was available.
