20 Clean and Jerk

For Time

Did this in 16:12.  Nasty little workout.

    Mon 1/14 did this in 21:23 Rx. I’m back finally, and committed to not miss like I have the past month. Got about 2 1/2 mths before my 1 year anniversary at Indy Crossfit. I’ve dropped my cholesterol by 97 points now I’m going for the weight loss which means eating properly. There I’ve put it in writing!
