More WOD’s

11/23 all of the classes except for “The Forge” did this workout.  21 Deadlifts, 21 jumping muscle ups, 21 Kettlebell Swings and a 400 m row.  4 rounds for time. FYI, this was a nasty, nasty workout.

“The Forge” jumped on 10 box jumps, 20 kettlebell Swings, 30 double unders, as many rounds as can be done in 20 minutes.

Since we had a completely different group in for our Suffer on Saturday we did the same workout as Friday…still brutally nasty.

Both morning classes and the 7 pm class did this workout.

“The Forge” did 10, 20, 30 of box jumps, handstand push ups, burpees, pullups…this sounds nasty.

6 pm class did 15 burpees, 15 thruster, 15 pullups, 15 kettlebell swing and a 600 m run.

    I thought Monday was particularly brutal. Maybe my legs were still stinging from the beating on SOS. Still is fun though.

    11/23 around 32 minutes I think can’t remember, I do remember it was nasty though.

    11/26 6 pm 29:13 last one done, don’t like that!! It was 3 rounds for time. Also don’t like running around the building in the dark in the rain by myself, (I was that far behind) kinda freaky!

    11/23 I think I was around 32 minutes. It’s been a while. In the last round, I finally started getting some descent jumping muscle ups…at least better than the first few rounds.

    11/26 Around 15 or 16 minutes?? Can I just say that I hate cleans!
