6 am class did a 21 15 9 of KB Swing, Power Snatch, Box Jumps, Double Unders.
7:15 am class did a 200 M Row, 10 Thrusters, 10 Double unders, 10 Wallball, 10 Pullups. 5 Rounds for time.
“The Forge” had 4 rounds for time with 30 KB Swings, 20 Box Jumps, 10 Burpees and a 400 M Run.
The 6 pm class did 600 M Run 10 Pullups, 10 Thrusters, 10 Burpees, 10 Double Unders. 3 Rounds for time.

Did the 7:15 workout in 19:07 (45lbs & JP) ~ AC
7:15 am workout as RX’d at 16:41, plus I even did 10 extra Double Unders because ac did not believe I did 10 the first time…so I actually probably did workout in 16:20.
Forge was a killer. Great Freakin workout!!!
Tested out “The Forge” last night…good times. My run, uh, was less than stellar; but everything else, not too bad. Slight burning in my legs at the beginning, but attribute that to lunges done two days ago (first time done in a while). Burning went away on first 400m never to return. 22:47 (35# swings)
