10/26/07 WOD

We did a “Modified Michael” today.  It consists of an 800 m run, 50 Kettlebell swings, and 50 situps.  However, we had three come in during a cold deluge, so they rowed 900m instead.  The weights on the Kettlebell were 35, 25, 15.
