First time in Indy CrossFit history that we had an option on the workout. Today we could either do “Cindy” which is 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats as many rounds as you can do in 20 minutes, or we could choose “GI Jane” which is 100 burpee’s to jumping pullups for time.
