July 4th WOD

A group of us went out to Holiday Hill for our 2nd Holiday workout (the first one was on Memorial Day for those who missed it.)  The brave souls were Joe S, Joe H, Joe L, Eric S, Eric H, Vince and Jeff.  Needless to say, it was a fairly fun workout.

9 Rounds up and down the hill with 9 Jump Squats at the bottom of the hill and 9 Burpee’s at the top of the hill.  This was all done while carrying a 45lb plate.  I should have pix up soon, and might even have some video.
