A fun workout today.  A great day, so we decided to run some sprints.

200 M Run

5 Pullups

15 Kettlebell Swings

Rounds in 20 Minutes

Jami 6 rds., Jeff 8 rds., Bayan 6 rds., Ben 5 1/3 rds., Shane 6 1/3 rds., Joe 7 2/3 rds., Debbie 5 2/3 rds., Dawn 5 1/3 rds.  Great job group.
